Smart-Cut 800 - CNC bridge saw for concrete panels dimension

Breton has produced Smart-Cut S/NC 800 Special, a CNC bridge saw with 5 interpolated axes, specially designed for customers producing large concrete panels.

 

The "Y" axis travel is longer than 18 metres, therefore it is possible to machine large panels.

Using Smart-Cut S/NC 800, it is possible to execute holes for windows, engravings, chamfers, trimmings and other machining operations required by the market.

Breton bridge saw can manage two different work benches: while workpieces are machined on one bench, it is possible to unload the processed material and load the infeed material on the other, the whole in accordance with the safety regulations in force.
